Ramot-E

“Ramot-E” is a new 3,000 dwelling-unit neighborhood in the northern part of Beer Sheba. It includes schools, parks, sports, commerce, synagogues, kindergartens and senior housing. It was design in collaboration with Yuval Cadmon Architects.

Queen Mary Development Area

A Master Plan for the development of a 50-acre area in Long Beach, adjacent to the Queen Mary. The design includes 10,000 square feet sustainable modules, each standing on a single pillar. The are is planned to include a restaurants’ promenade, a Shakespeare’s Globe Theater and a Westgate Tower, as a symbol of the United States presence in the Pacific Rim.
